Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio (RSNWO) Serenity Haven

Located in Fayette, Ohio, Serenity Haven is a safe and supportive recovery center for women battling addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis disorders. The center offers several levels of care—prevention, outpatient, residential, and recovery housing. A key feature is their open access program, allowing women to walk in for help without waiting for an appointment.
Serenity Haven uses therapies that match each woman’s needs, including individual counseling, case management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Psychiatric care helps with mental health concerns, and staff guide residents through recovery by creating personal treatment plans. Telehealth options help connect clients with expert support even if a therapist isn’t on-site.
Women at Serenity Haven live in a sober, structured setting with shared and private spaces. The facility offers healthy meals, a clean environment, and caring staff. Residents join group activities, build life skills, and grow stronger together. New mothers can stay with their babies, giving both a fresh start in a drug-free home.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Family Therapy, typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
