Focus

This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.

In the rural city of Minnetrista, men can receive gospel-centered sober living care while surrounded by expansive woods and wetlands at Redemption House. Their 3-month sober living program incorporates biblical counseling, adventure therapy, and family care in order that men might address the root of their addiction. The center is focused on a biblically based addiction curriculum and clients frequently participate in prayer, worship, and repentance. Grow in their dependence on God in order to end their addiction. Redemption House also provides practical wisdom and coaching for families of clients. Redemption House is not a replacement for detox, and they recommend clients are psychologically and physically stable before starting treatment. Their program is designed to address heart issues related to alcohol and drug dependence. At Redemption house, Clients can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, swimming, hiking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, biking, volleyball, and softball. They also offer gym workouts, ice fishing, snowshoeing, sledding, skiing, tubing, chores, and cooking. Clients are also expected to assist with chores and help cook meals on occasion. Redemption House treats men from the US and Canada typically and also offers treatment and support for ministry leaders who may be struggling with addiction. Their program can also be extended for up to a year if needed, and clients are continued to be supported by the church community. Redemption House does not accept insurance or government funding and operates on a private pay model. Program fees are due on a monthly basis and are not tax-deductible. Financial assistance may be available upon request.
