Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

Located just off Scholl Road beside Richland County Children Services in Mansfield, Ohio, the center offers outpatient and 24/7 crisis mental health services for children and adolescents—from infancy through high school graduation. It provides support for emotional and behavioral challenges through counseling, psychiatry, nursing, case management, and services in the home, school, or community. Families are involved in treatment every step of the way. Services include individual and family therapy, psychiatric and medical care, school-based support, and trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions. The center’s crisis response team is available around the clock to help stabilize urgent situations and keep youth safe in the least restrictive setting. Catalyst also offers specialized programs like early childhood mental health, coordinated care for children with developmental or physical disabilities, and the evidence-based Triple P program (Positive Parenting Program) that offers parents support to manage behavioral challenges. Additional services include audiology, deaf and hard-of-hearing support, and financial assistance.
