Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

Set in the Monfort Heights neighborhood of Cincinnati, Envision helps children and adults with developmental disabilities. Supported living, mental health, and other services are available to help people achieve their best. Serving the community since 1963 and dually certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Ohio Department of Mental Health, they support over 600 people each year across 4 counties, empowering each individual to reach their full potential. Their approach focuses on valuing each person and using creative programs to help them grow. Clinicians and specialists assess and treat mental health and behavioral challenges that sometimes occur alongside developmental disabilities. This helps clients build skills and confidence, allowing them to lead more fulfilling and independent lives in their communities. The center offers some specialized programs, including the Envision Day program that offers adults with disabilities a safe and nurturing environment. Envision’s treatment planning for mental health includes an assessment, therapy, and community psychiatric supportive treatment (CPST).
