Retreat South is one of Australia’s leading facilities for the treatment of trauma, PTSD, and grief. The dual diagnosis program also specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse. Retreat South provides tailor-made treatment unique to the individual. Retreat South utilizes evidence-based therapies. Therapies can include individual therapy, couples counseling, art therapy, stress management, recreation therapy, and yoga. All treatments and sessions are conducted in a 1-on-1 setting and not in groups. Treatment focuses on empowering the client to heal and take charge of their life.
Retreat South is located in Yambuk, Australia. They offer home-like accommodations in a tranquil atmosphere. Clients are housed in a fully equipped, private, spacious, and comfortable suite complete with living area and ensuite bathroom. The spacious grounds and beautiful gardens offers leisurely time relaxing. Clients can also enjoy on-site workout equipment and fitness classes. Retreat South is pet-friendly, and all well behaved pets are welcomed.
