Rise at Mayberry Ranch offers evidence-based therapies in individual, group, and family counseling sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (
CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-specific therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Clients participate in life skills training, stress management, and psychoeducation to create life-long recovery coping skills. They provide medication-assisted treatment (
MAT), as needed. For well-rounded healing, Rise at Mayberry Ranch includes equine therapy and meditation and mindfulness techniques.
