About River Bend Recovery for Women
River Bend Recovery offers a supportive sober-living environment for women with addiction and co-occurring disorders. With a strong focus on community, the home fosters a sense of sisterhood that strengthens each woman’s recovery journey. In addition to their personalized recovery plan, clients can choose from a variety of community-based meetings and 12-Step meetings or support groups.
Using a Structured Transitional Living program, the home equips women with essential life skills to foster independent living. Each woman is paired with a case manager to ensure a highly individualized recovery plan. River Bend also helps clients to find employment and aids clients who may choose to continue their education at one of two nearby universities.
Located in Bend, Oregon, River Bend Recovery offers 6 private beds in order to maximize the personalized care provided for each woman. The home is located on the Deschutes River and along multiple hiking trails, providing opportunities for a variety of adventure-based recreational activities on the weekends.
