Rock Creek Foundation

Rock Creek Foundation is a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited nonprofit founded in 1973. It supports adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities. Services include residential care, employment support, and psychiatric recovery. Rock Creek helps individuals build skills for independent living through personal choice, structured support, and community-based rehabilitation.
Their care is person-centered and uses both evidence-based and holistic therapies. Services include psychiatric rehabilitation, life skills training, behavioral support, and job coaching. Therapies help individuals manage symptoms, build confidence, and set personal goals. Rock Creek’s team includes compassionate clinicians, support workers, and employment consultants who guide each person on their journey toward long-term recovery and growth.
Residents live in supportive, home-like settings with access to personal support in their own homes or with family. The program offers structured daily routines, access to certified medication technicians, and opportunities to take part in recreational, social, and spiritual activities. Patients also get help with transportation, appointments, and connecting to the broader community.

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
