The program offers levels of care including residential rehab, co-occurring mental health and
detox, a capacity of 31-50 beds and typical program lengths around 30 days.
Clients engage with evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling,
cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-specific therapy, meditation & mindfulness, mindfulness therapy and art therapy and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based, gender-specific, trauma informed and spiritual emphasis.
The program serves men and women, older adults, young adults, veterans and executives and treats alcohol, co-occurring disorders, drug addiction, benzodiazepines, cocaine and ecstasy.
On-site features include access to nature, basketball court, fitness center, gourmet dining and chef-prepared meals.
The center works with 24 insurers including ComPsych, GuideWell, HealthNet and HealthPartners, so cost should not be a barrier to reaching out.
Ongoing support continues after treatment through continuing care,
outpatient treatment, ability to call a counselor and relapse prevention planning.
