Rolling Hills Hospital helps clients with addiction and mental health conditions build a strong foundation for lasting recovery through intensive inpatient care, medical detox, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). They provide specialized services for older adults, adolescents, and individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring all clients receive compassionate and respectful support, tailored to their individual needs.
Rolling Hills offers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients develop healthy coping skills and positive thought patterns, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. Clients participate in relapse prevention planning and mental health education, equipping them with tools for lasting recovery, along with biweekly medication management, recreation, and expressive therapies like art and music. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) supports withdrawal management in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Rolling Hills designs client rooms with comfort and safety in mind, offering ample space for personal belongings. The spacious gym promotes recreation and fitness, while open courtyards provide opportunities for sunlight and fresh air. Clients connect in day rooms and group areas, enhanced by calming artwork throughout the facility, fostering a peaceful, restorative environment and encouraging self-expression.
Rolling Hills Hospital’s IOP and day treatment (PHP) programs support adults as either initial care or a step-down from inpatient treatment. Discharge planning begins at admission and includes weekly collaboration with families. Clients receive personalized aftercare plans with referrals to community resources and 12-Step groups across Oklahoma, helping them build on their progress and sustain long-term recovery.
