About Rovers Recovery
Rovers Recovery is a holistic treatment program for adults with alcohol and substance use disorders, providing virtual care. Founded by Lennart Rovers, a mental health nursing specialist who has personally struggled with substance use, Rovers Recovery aims to provide clients and their loved ones with the compassion and support that is necessary for recovery. The online program can last for 4-6 months, and consists of individual and group counseling sessions that employ the Matrix Model, 12-steps, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness therapy. The aftercare program provides over a year of group and individual coaching. All clients are provided with a group recovery app where they can communicate 24/7, making support accessible regardless of the time of day.
