Group therapy covers many topics including relapse prevention, grief and loss, anger management, emotional health, and traditional 12-Step meetings. Clients are exposed to evidence-based therapies, holistic approaches to therapy, and experiential therapy. Cascade Heights works to restore the mind, body, and spirit. Their residential program was created specifically for those in early recovery. They have medical staff available 24/7 to ensure the safety of their clients. Cascade Heights is accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission. They accept most major insurances. Cascade Heights clients have access to snacks and beverages at all times, along with three delicious meals from their in-house chef. The facilities feature modern furnishings including bedrooms with plasma TVs and common areas equipped with movies and a Xbox One. Accommodations are shared and gender-specific.
