Services are available to people at any stage of recovery, whether just beginning or following inpatient treatment. Some clients come for initial assessments and may be referred to a hospital. Family members can also receive guidance, even if their loved one has not yet entered treatment. The facility offers support groups, walk-in appointments, and remote counseling. Services are offered in private meeting rooms and group spaces. Family-focused programs include regular education courses and interviews, while children aged 8–18 can receive therapy if a close relative struggles with addiction. Weekly child sessions take place on-site or remotely, starting with an in-person assessment. The team provides structured, consistent support without requiring hospitalization.
