About Sage Health Centre
Sage Health Centre is a residential treatment centre that offers customized treatment programs for men and women who are struggling with addictions. The residential program focuses on stabilization and early recovery by incorporating 12-Step/SMART philosophy with holistic wellness modalities and relapse prevention services. Clients have access to unlimited 1-on-1 counseling sessions. During the sessions, the client’s experience is individualized in order to process core issues and current concerns. While in treatment, clients are also integrated into co-ed and gender-specific groups that cover a wide variety of topics including relapse prevention, personal limits and codependency, life skill development, anger management and conflict resolution techniques, stress management and relaxation tips, and much more. In addition, family members are offered virtual support while clients are participating in treatment.
The aftercare services provided by Sage Health Centre include an in-depth personalized relapse prevention plan identifying potential triggers, a continuing care plan with regular follow-up, outpatient and individual counseling sessions, access to local resources, and 12-Step/SMART recovery meetings. 4 weekly continuing care groups are also available virtually to past clients at no additional charge.
The cozy, home-like facility is located on a secluded private property in the heart of Kamloops, B.C. Clients will enjoy comfortable accommodations in a supportive, structured environment. Sage Health Centre offers a well-rounded residential program that guides their clients every step of the way from start to finish.
