Treatment can include 12-Step facilitation, CBT, DBT, EMDR, family counseling, and motivational interviewing (MI). Sana Lake’s Behavioral Wellness offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient (OP) services with ongoing care and an active alumni community. In addition to a personalized blend of evidence-based therapies, their specialized care may involve medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for alcohol, opioids and benzodiazepine use disorders.
Their outpatient facility provides an environment focused on fostering a connection between nature and its members. Clients make meaningful connections and heal as they partake in recreational therapy and group activities or outings.
