About Sana at Stowe
Sana at Stowe is a beautiful facility nestled on 4 acres in the foothills of the Green Mountains in Stowe, Vermont. Sana combines a serene and peaceful location with a unique building that has been newly renovated and designed in collaboration with a leading addiction psychiatrist and award-winning architectural firm specializing in healthcare design. Sana’s residential program is designed by a team of addiction experts to provide individuals with the necessary tools to achieve long-term sobriety. With a low client-to-staff ratio, Sana utilizes evidenced-based modalities and individualized treatment plans that are unique to the client's specific needs. Sana offers a wide variety of therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational enhancement framework (MET), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress management, 12-Step facilitation, skills-based therapies, mindfulness training, and more. Wellness is an important part of the healing process, and Sana offers personalized holistic treatments to enhance well-being and alleviate symptoms. Personalized meals are created for each client along with acupuncture sessions, yoga, fitness training, and sleep hygiene.
Vermont is renowned for its natural beauty, pristine environment, and beautiful seasons. Just outside the facility doors are stunning views of the nearby mountains, a large on-site garden, tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness studio, and hiking trails. Sana also has an executive workspace on site with a computer, printer, scanner, fax machine, and phone to ensure clients can stay in touch with work.
