About Sanare Today Downington
Located behind Levante and the Juice Bar, Sanare Today Downington treats adults in the northwest Philadelphia area with intensive outpatient (IOP) care for mental health disorders like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, as well as substance use addictions like alcohol and benzodiazepines. Their program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with the goals of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Their groups include up to 8 people and use coping, skills training, and support. Sanare Today encourages family to attend group therapy every few weeks to learn the skills and better understand the clients' recovery.
