Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Located near the intersection of Airport Road and Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe Recovery Center offers treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns, with detox, outpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential programs, and sober living available. Parking is available at the building and bus lines 1 and 24 both stop within a block of the building, providing access for clients traveling via public transportation. Santa Fe Recovery seeks to make treatment accessible, accepting most major insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare and charging fees based on a sliding, income-based scale. Santa Fe Recovery offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), using Suboxone or naltrexone in addition to behavioral therapy. Clients engage in individual, group, and family therapy, combining relapse prevention strategies, work and life skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. Clients participate in yoga, art therapy, somatic therapy, and music therapy as part of a holistic model. Santa Fe Recovery also offers peer support groups and 12-Step facilitation, helping clients learn from those with lived experience and giving them opportunities to share their own experiences. Outpatient treatment options include an intensive outpatient program (IOP), with 9 hours of treatment each week for 16 weeks, and standard outpatient treatment, with 3 hours of treatment each week for 12 weeks. Both can serve as a step-down from higher levels of care or as standalone programs. Santa Fe Recovery offers medically monitored detox for all substances, typically lasting 3-5 days. Santa Fe Recovery also offers short residential programs lasting 30 days and long term residential programs lasting 90 days for both men and women. Short term programs offer more intensive treatment and include case management. Long term program are more transitional, providing a supportive environment, support groups, and transportation, as clients seek out and engage in work opportunities. The women’s residential programs also accommodate children from birth to 6 years old, with childcare available. Santa Fe Recovery offers several sober living communities to help support clients working towards long term recovery.
