Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Serenity for Life offers a serene landscape for women seeking healing from substance use. Women typically stay in their residential program 30-90 days, where they will participate in evidence-based therapies and innovative wellness practices in 1-on-1 and group settings.
Serenity for Life offers trauma-informed care through therapy modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing that will help women regulate emotions, improve relationships, and build motivation for pursuing lasting change. They also offer medication-assisted therapy to help ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Their holistic and experiential offerings include animal assisted therapy (AAT), outdoor adventures, yoga, sound healing, and more.
Women can recharge between sessions with amenities including a hot tub, infrared sauna, massage chairs, a meditation space, and cozy fire pit. The residential facility is surrounded by mountains and rests on the edge of a crystal-clear lake, offering a serene backdrop for healing. Individuals can relax and connect with others in their cozy common area and enjoy chef-prepared meals that support overall wellness.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Life Skills, typically 90 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
