Along with various therapies, clients engage in wellness activities throughout the day including yoga, mindfulness and nature therapy. Clients can also expect to receive peer support, as they will participate in group therapy which can offer a chance to relate to others who are experiencing something similar.
They offer both partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs, where clients can access psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, nurses and more. In addition to their outpatient programs, they offer robust aftercare plans that ensures that clients receive necessary tools and resources for recovery.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
