Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Stepping Stone believes in laying a foundation for recovery that is long-lasting and does not discharge the client before they are ready. Their aim is to provide high-quality dual diagnosis treatment for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. They provide medical detox and a 30-day residential program rooted in 12-Step philosophy. During residential treatment, clients will have the opportunity to engage in individual therapy along with group therapy and family counseling. Family is an important part of the healing process and is an essential part of the program. Located in Louisville, Tennessee (a suburb of Knoxville), Stepping Stone creates a therapeutic group environment that allows clients to receive support from other peers as well as a trained medical staff on call 24/7. The accommodations are comfortable with clients sharing a room with 1 other roommate. Stepping Stone to Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance. Stepping Stone to Recovery is part of Bradford Health Services, which cares for adults in the southeastern United States in their residential, day (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment centers.
