Summit Behavioral Health is 1 of 6 outpatient treatments centers located across New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. In addition to individual care, Summit has a12-Step program to offer support and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) that can address the root cause of the addiction.
A typical day includes daily activities with a sponsor or mentor, a meeting schedule, journaling, 12-Step programs, motivational enhancement, exercise, and accountability assessments.
Summit also provides a variety of treatment programs for families and teenagers. Their teen treatment programs provide many levels of care, such as prolonged evaluation, early intervention, substance addiction treatment, and intensive outpatient programs.
For those who have a loved one battling addiction, their family programs offer counseling and education. Summit Behavioral Health gives families the tools they need to set limits and offer the support that addicted family members require in order to thrive.
