Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

Located near Louisville in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, the center provides long-term residential care for boys ages 12 to 18. The center treats youth who have faced, neglect, trauma, or sexually maladaptive behaviors. Staff offer 24/7 care in a safe, Christ-centered environment that focuses on healing and growth. Spring Meadows uses individual, group, and family therapy to help boys manage trauma and behavioral challenges. On-site therapists guide treatment while incorporating Christian values. The center partners with local schools to support education, and every child receives personal attention to meet emotional and mental health needs in a structured setting. Boys live in shared cottages that offer personal space and supervised common areas. Meals are served on campus, and youth take part in regular activities such as school, recreation, and group events. The center promotes community, structure, and stability to help youth feel safe while preparing for their next step in life.
