Sustain Recovery provides specialized care for teens struggling with substance use and mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. The residential program offers a highly structured setting where clients receive 24/7 support in gender-specific housing. Residents participate in individual therapy, group counseling, and evidence-based treatments like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Sustain Recovery provides sub-acute detox and collaborates with local providers for clients needing a higher level of medical support. Daily routines include school support, physical activity, and life skills training to help clients transition back to independent living. With a focus on accountability and personal growth, Sustain Recovery equips young people with the tools needed for long-term success.
For those who need continued support after residential treatment or require a less intensive level of care, Sustain Recovery offers outpatient services, including day treatment and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients engage in individual and group therapy, relapse prevention strategies, life skills training, and expressive arts therapy while allowing clients to maintain work, school, and family commitments. By blending clinical care with real-world application, the outpatient program helps young people strengthen their coping skills and stay on track in their recovery journey.
