The Academy at Ambrosia treats adolescents and teens struggling with mental health, substance misuse, eating disorders, and trauma. Comprising a diverse team of seasoned professionals, they specialize in managing complex mental health disorders using proven scientific approaches. Their mission is to educate and help encourage positive change in their patients, ensuring comprehensive mental health care. Each team member contributes uniquely to the patient's growth and recovery. Helping and supporting teens in academics is an important part of the program. Each student receives a personalized education plan in collaboration with their schools. The licensed on-site teacher provides daily tutoring, ensuring academic success during treatment. Addressing school refusal is integral, and they offer substantial support for a successful return to the school environment. Ambrosia Behavioral Health recognizes the importance of personalized treatment plans. Their experienced clinicians tailor programs based on individual diagnoses, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), neurofeedback, and EMDR therapy.
