Blackberry Center’s mission is simple: to meet the client where they are and provide comprehensive, compassionate treatment along the way. The Blackberry Center offers a variety of programs including an adult mental health program, a dual-diagnosis program, crisis stabilization, Christian recovery, and partial hospitalization (PHP). The adult mental health program offers treatment for individuals dealing with medical, emotional and psychiatric issues like schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, and grief. Crisis stabilization is for patients who require immediate assistance. The Christian recovery program provides Christ-centered care with a biblical curriculum and recovery Bible studies, daily devotions, and Christian 12-Step recovery. Dual-diagnosis care tackles addiction along with any co-occurring mental health conditions. The Blackberry Center strongly believes in providing a holistic approach for their patients addressing the mind, body, and spirit with traditional therapy, recreational therapy, art therapy, spiritual care, support groups, and education. Through structured activities and physical fitness patients learn valuable life skills, interpersonal development, overall better health, and communication skills. The Blackberry Center will assist individuals in identifying the next phase of treatment after finishing their inpatient mental health program. This can entail switching to an outpatient program, locating a home with supportive neighbors, or enrolling in long-term therapy.
