Thrive offers virtual and in-person outpatient programs for adults, teens, and young professionals with mental health and substance use concerns. They have both intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP/day treatment) programs. Their programs offer structured mental health through primarily online 1-on-1 and group sessions with a family therapy option, using evidence-based approaches. Their IOP is 9-12 hours of therapy a week while their day treatment program is a longer commitment at 20+ hours a week.
