About Time Wellness Georgia

Time Wellness Georgia is an outpatient facility using evidence-based therapies to treat mental health disorders in adolescents and adults. They offer 3 levels of outpatient care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. Additionally, they offer a specialized evening IOP for adolescent clients ages 13-17. Time Wellness uses an array of therapies that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), biofeedback, yoga, music therapy, art therapy, and red light therapy. Through these therapies and more, Time Wellness helps clients learn how to communicate, build their self-esteem, and learn new coping skills.
