Trillium Place Residential Center at The Knolls

Set near the edges of Peoria on Willow Knolls Drive, this residential center welcomes men 18 and older seeking help for substance use disorder (SUD), including challenges related to opioids, marijuana, and methamphetamines. Within its licensed mental health care program, residents receive full-time support while practicing life and coping skills in a home-like setting. The center’s environment gently encourages healing, independence, and a renewed sense of purpose through personalized care and a strong foundation for recovery.
Trillium Place follows a whole-person approach grounded in therapies like individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and stress management. Clients also receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help with chemical dependence. The program extends beyond treatment with aftercare services that include employment and literacy support, mentoring, and discharge planning. Physical wellness activities help clients grow stronger in every way, so they leave not only more stable but more confident stepping into their life again.

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Family Therapy, typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
