The True Life Center’s mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) and Day Treatment (PHP) specialize in treating both panic attacks and anxiety attacks with a unique neurobiological integration (NBI) program. The NBI program is used to discover the root cause of illness providing a personalized approach using a variety of therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), acupuncture, mindfulness practices, yoga therapy, and body healing with Qi Gong. The substance abuse outpatient programs also balance holistic techniques and clinical modalities to provide effective treatment plans to help clients thrive. Their customized neurobiological integration program (NBI) is personalized, enhancing the cognitive and behavioral response and regulating the nervous system to restore balance to brain chemistry. True Life also offers self-care practices that heal the whole mind, body, and spirit. These practices include a yoga therapy program, an acupuncture program, fitness and bodywork session, and nutrition counseling.
True Life Center strives to create a sanctuary-like space that provides a soothing environment promoting healing. Each element of the facility's design keeps this in mind. On site, clients can enjoy an exercise room, a yoga room, a massage therapy room, and comfortable spaces for individual therapy.
True Life Center will work with the client's individual insurance carrier to ensure the maximum out-of-network reimbursement for their plan.

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Therapy (EMDR), typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
