The facility uses a holistic approach to treatment, including evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), relapse prevention, motivational interviewing and enhancement therapy, and trauma-specific therapy. Patients can also participate in life skills development and 12-Step facilitation.
TruHealing's sober housing options offer a structured and safe living environment for those who need a more comprehensive care experience. Longer periods of care help patients build life skills and develop daily routines while overcoming addiction triggers through therapy programs.
Individuals in the partial hospitalization program (day treatment) receive 25 hours of intensive group therapy and 1 hour of individual therapy a week. The intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment offers about 15 hours of clinical care and group therapy a week. Their standard outpatient program has a minimum of 9 hours of group therapy a week.
