Trust Socal

TRUST SoCal is a Southern California-based outpatient care facility that uses evidence-based treatment to address clients' individual needs. They offer separate programs for behavioral health and substance use disorders, with their partial hospitalization (PHP) program providing at least 6 hours per day of group or individual treatment for primary behavioral health. TRUST SoCal also employs the SAMHSA Eight Dimensions of Wellness approach for clients' mental and physical health, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to treatment.
Clients at TRUST SoCal are assigned a case manager who coordinates care and matches appropriate services to their individual needs.Treatment options include specialized medicine, and opportunities for individual, family, and group therapies with a focus on the 12-Steps, relapse prevention, and psychotherapy.
For those in recovery, TRUST SoCal offers Transitional Living Houses (TLHs), which are available at the clients' own expense. The facility also provides Alumni groups and Alumni-led peer support groups to aid in ongoing recovery efforts. With a focus on evidence-based treatment and a holistic approach to wellness, TRUST SoCal provides comprehensive and individualized care for those seeking help with their behavioral health.
