About Turnwell Mental Health of Aventura
Located just north of Miami, Turnwell Mental Health of Aventura provides psychiatric and therapeutic care to children (age 10+), teens, and adults. They serve Aventura and surrounding South Florida communities including North Miami Beach, Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles, Hollywood, and Golden Beach.
Turnwell uses modern, evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and group and individual psychotherapy. For more severe or treatment-resistant cases, they offer medication management, Spravato® nasal spray, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Services are carried out by licensed psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and experienced therapists.
Appointments are available in-person at their office in Aventura or virtually via telemedicine options for clients in the region. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
