Liberty House helps clients regain their freedom from addiction through aholistic approach encompassing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. They provide tailored treatment for substance and behavioural addictions, alongside co-occurring depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Located on a tranquil street in the centre of Luton, their detox and residential facility provides private ensuite bedrooms, an on-site gym, and meals crafted by an in-house chef, ensuring a comfortable, recovery-focused environment. Liberty House supports clients through three main stages of recovery. First, detox is available for those who need to break physical dependence on drugs or alcohol. Rehab is the second stage and involves addressing the psychological aspects of addiction throughgroup therapy, 1:1 counselling, 12-Step or SMART support meetings, and specialised workshops. For the third stage, Liberty House provides one year of free aftercare to ensure clients are well supported after leaving the facility. Whenever possible, the chef is able to accommodate dietary needs.
