Recovery Lighthouse provides tailored treatment that allows clients to reclaim their lives from the hold of alcohol, drug, or behavioural addiction. Every detail of their detox and residential facility has been thoughtfully crafted to promote healing and relaxation, creatingan ideal space to focus on recovery. Peaceful therapy rooms provide a calm setting for individual and group sessions, ensuite bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, and the gardens and seaside invite tranquil walks. Recovery Lighthouse helps clients take vital steps towards a brighter, addiction-free future through tailored treatment plans. Through a variety of therapies,clientsexplore the underlying causes of their addiction, learn coping skills and strategies to manage triggers, and develop a sense of self-compassion and resilience. Detox regimens are provided to clients who first need to withdraw from alcohol or drugs. One year of free aftercare ensures clients are well supported after leaving the facility. Whenever possible, the chef is able to accommodate dietary needs.
