Valley Behavioral Health - North Valley

Clinicians lead individual and group therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychiatric care, family counseling, and case management. Group sessions strengthen coping skills, reduce isolation, and prepare clients to face real-life triggers with confidence. This practical, evidence-based approach helps clients manage stress and emotions while staying engaged with home, work, and family. North Valley welcomes clients through doctor referrals, hospital step-downs, or self-referral. Peer support plays a central role, helping individuals feel seen and supported.
