About ViaMar Health
Tucked away in Southeastern Flordia, ViaMar Health treats eating disorders and co-occurring conditions through programming for adults and children. Their treatment takes place in a residential, PHP, and IOP setting with individualized treatment plans. Each week of treatment is unique for patients, and group programming is changed weekly to meet the needs of patients. Additionally, 1-on-1 therapy and group therapy are provided along with nutritional guidance that is specific to each client. Their treatment is evidence-based and trauma-focused and offers therapies such as motivational interviewing, equine therapy, EMDR, and family therapy. ViaMar Health primarily treats eating disorders and also provides care for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma/PTSD, and OCD.
ViMar offers age-specific programming is available with separate treatment for adolescents (ages 12-18). ViaMar offers intensive family treatment for both adult and adolescent clients in order to help the entire family heal and move forward. ViaMar’s campuses offer bright and peaceful spaces and provide shared bedrooms, yoga, and outdoor seating for its clients, with their residential home housing 14 clients at a time. ViaMar Health is Joint Commission accredited and accepts both private and public insurances.
