With over a decade of experience, Katherine Reynold offers compassionate, nonjudgmental support for individuals and families navigating addiction, mental health challenges, and recovery. Katherine meets people where they are—whether pursuing sobriety, using harm reduction, or supporting a loved one. Her approach is trauma-informed, rooted in radical compassion, and tailored to each person’s unique path. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she is there to help individuals find their way forward. Katherine provides recovery coaching for individuals and families facing addiction, mental health challenges, or both. In addition, she also provides sober companion services. A focus is on helping individuals build stability, set goals, and navigate real-life challenges. You are not alone. Let's take the next step together.
