Williamsville offers 15 one-on-one sessions per week grounded in traditional talk therapy, trauma-informed approaches, schema therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. While the heart of the program is rooted in individual therapy, Williamsville provides a healthy balance of holistic therapies that include gym time with a personal trainer, massage therapy, art therapy, yoga, and hypnotherapy. In addition to residential therapy, Williamsville offers an online Day Treatment (PHP) for substance abuse. The 28-day program consists of 5 treatment days, Monday through Friday. This includes a 3-hour group session from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. with an individual session daily.
