The clinical model combines evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling, trauma-specific therapy, meditation & mindfulness, adventure therapy, mindfulness therapy and art therapy and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based,
holistic, gender-specific and individual treatment.
WisHope serves men and women, adolescents, young adults, lgbtq+ and pregnant women and treats alcohol, co-occurring disorders, drug addiction, chronic relapse, benzodiazepines and cocaine.
Amenities include access to nature, volleyball court, chef-prepared meals, walking trails and internet access.
The center works with 24 insurers including Optum, Oscar, Tricare and Tufts Health, so cost should not be a barrier to reaching out.
