AdCare Outpatient Worcester provides outpatient care for addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. They have focused programs for veterans, first responders, and impaired professionals. Their levels of care include detox services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient therapy, and telehealth services. AdCare Outpatient Worcester uses an initial assessment to determine each client’s unique treatment needs. Their IOP offers day and evening groups for greater flexibility. Clients attend treatment at least 9 hours weekly, for typically 3 days a week. General outpatient welcomes clients for fewer hours each week. Their SOAP (Structured Outpatient Addiction Program) provides 6 days of weekly treatment from 8:30-12pm. Program topics and activities include medication, recovery yoga, animal therapy, and community support groups. Clients attend 1:1, group, and family counseling during all levels of treatment. Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing techniques, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) AdCare Outpatient Worcester provides various groups and psychoeducation opportunities for clients in their IOP and outpatient programs. They offer early recovery groups, men and women’s groups, spirituality groups, and parenting in recovery groups. After completing treatment, AdCare Outpatient Worcester clients join their robust alumni program and begin independent living with a strong aftercare plan. Their alumni program includes access to an alumni app, continued check-ins from an alumni concierge, and invitations to regional and national American Addiction Centers events.
