About Ardú Recovery

Ardu Recovery, named after the Irish Gaelic word for “rise up,” is a medical detox and addiction treatment center. Ardu Recovery Center provides individualized treatment for clients struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients receive evidence-based therapy treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family therapy, group therapy, motivational interviewing, nutrition therapy, recreational therapy, and trauma therapy. Ardu Recovery offers gender-specific treatment programs for men and women. Ardu Recovery also offers a holistic approach to therapy, as they believe that treating clients as a whole rather than just focusing on the addiction is key. Ardu Recovery prides itself on their unique and innovative treatments such as IV amino acid therapy, Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and Reiki.
