Avenues Recovery Townsend is located on the 5th floor of the New Orleans East Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility built in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. Accommodations are clean and modern, and clients can enjoy local transportation, nightly 12-Step meetings, gourmet catered meals, recreational facilities, fitness instruction, and fun evening and weekend activities.
