Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

The Boys Town Residential Treatment Center provides care for children and teens ages 5 to 17 experiencing significant behavioral or mental health challenges. It offers support for youth facing difficulties such as school struggles, trauma history, aggression, self-injury, social skill deficits, or risk of psychiatric hospitalization. The program is designed to meet the needs of families seeking structured, intensive treatment. The center provides 24-hour care in a safe, structured environment. Kids receive therapy individually, in groups, and with their families. They also get support for trauma, behavior challenges, and medication needs. An on-site school lets children continue learning and earn back credits. Each child’s treatment plan includes support for the family and help with the next steps after leaving. The center also offers outpatient services. These include evaluations and help with medications for kids who don’t need full-time care. Families can choose the level of support that fits their child best, knowing they’ll receive care from professionals who understand their needs.
