About Center Point DAAC

Center Point DAAC is a nonprofit in Santa Rosa, California offering outpatient addiction and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and pregnant women. Their current continuum of care includes an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program.
