Dianova Addiction Recovery Centre

Dianova Addiction Recovery provides high-quality residential addiction care for those living in Portugal or desiring treatment abroad. The facilities provide comfortable rooms, outdoor and indoor activities, a fitness center, and a safe and beautiful surrounding, all just a half hour drive from the beach. The unique Dianova location allows for absolute privacy and discretion in a setting where clients can focus on addiction recovery.
Dianova combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with life skills training and group therapy to treat substance addictions, co-occurring mental health conditions, and process addictions. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in occupational activities, daily tasks, and healthy management through physical fitness. Dianova’s hope is that through a therapeutic environment, clients will regain their self-esteem and sense of responsibility while improving self control.
Dianova Addiction Recovery aims to provide an organized, therapeutic environment in collaboration with a team of skilled experts with backgrounds in psychiatry, psychology, social work, and social education.

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Group Therapy, typically 90 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
