Dr. Paul's By The Sea provides a highly structured environment for recovery. Other treatment methods include individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation.
