About Emerge Recovery

Emerge Recovery is a women’s only trauma and addiction treatment program in Austin, Texas. They offer 2 levels of outpatient care: an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and an outpatient program. Emerge’s treatment philosophy is rooted in trauma-informed treatment approaches and compassionate care. Their staff have a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by women in recovery. To help women on their recovery journey, Emerge’s licensed therapists employ evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), contingency management, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed yoga, and 12-Step programs. After completing their outpatient program, clients can receive ongoing support through the alumni support network, where they have access to recovery coaching, relapse prevention support, and individual therapy.
