About Grace House for Women
Grace House for Women was founded by Sarah Coupe who is also on a recovery journey and has turned to the 12-Step program to interrupt her behavioral and emotional patterns of addiction. Sarah recognized the need for structured living for women and opened Grace House, which is named after her daughter. Grace House is licensed as an ASAM 3.1 level of care as a substance use treatment facility. They accept MaineCare and offer structure and activities around the 12-Step process. The house has two dogs who offer therapeutic support to the women in the home.
