New Spirit Recovery offers personalized, comprehensive, and inclusive therapy plans.These plans include evidence-based treatment interventions, personalized holistic therapies, a comprehensive self-care routine, nutritious meals, relapse prevention counseling, constant support and medical attention from qualified staff, educational resources, and supportive therapy, among other services. The addiction specialists and counselors prioritize outcome-based approaches to deliver personalized therapies that can offer the best chance for success. After completing detox and residential treatment, clients have the option to participate in the sober living program. This program includes 12-Step meetings, social activities in the recovery community, work or school opportunities, and regular communication with house managers and other residents. The program aims to help clients maintain a healthy social life and engage in group activities such as talk therapies. Clients also participate in daily recovery activities as a group, fostering a sense of belonging. The program prepares clients for independent living, healthy relationships, and increased accountability for their actions.
